What Happens in Ireland by Whitney K-E

Have you ever wondered what happens in Ireland? When Australian, Kate Barrow, meets a handsome Irishman in a Dublin bar, she has no idea that he is about to turn her world upside-down and inside-out. In Ireland to take on a position on a thoroughbred stud, Kate is shocked when her manager-in-co reveals himself to be the same man she’d met in Dublin. Jack is drawn to Kate. The problem is, she won't have him. But Jack has always loved a challenge and the intriguing woman from Oz is one he cannot resist. Harbouring the sting of another man’s betrayal, Kate is certain she wants nothing to do with love and nothing to do with Jack O’Reilly. But when naked torsos, Mother Nature and dysfunctional umbrellas start plotting against her resolve, she realizes the charms of an Irishman are going to be hard to resist.

Review:
Attraction is a very hard thing to fight and Kate, a young Australia woman working on a property in Ireland, is finding it especially challenging to try and keep her distance from a very hot irishman, Jack, but its a little hard when he is her boss and constantly trying to convince her that he would well be worth it if she let her defences down. What makes it even harder for Kate is that Jack has great looks, good sense of humour and an engaging personality, any woman would find it difficult to resist his charms. My favourite part of the book was the first few chapters when Jack was trying to get on Kate's good side, using all his good natured humour to make her laugh in an attempt to get her to fall for him. I don't normally believe in love at first sight and even though it is not really described as that in this book, more attraction (until a couple of chapters down the track), I feel as if it was love between Jack and Kate, an indescribable force pulling them together with out them knowing it and I loved reading every part of every chapter with the two characters growing closer and closer. I loved everything about this book from the hilarious characters to the beautiful Irish scenery that Whitney described so well with her writing style. 4.75/5 <3 s What Happens in Ireland is an amazing book
