Falling to Pieces by L.T. Kelly

When Teagan Lewis moves from rural Montana to the bright lights of London with her maker Thomas, she expects to live as harmoniously as she has for the last one hundred-fifty years.

Teagan didn’t know she had a heart or soul until she met Marc Romano.

However, it quickly becomes clear that Marc is forbidden fruit. All the signs that he isn’t human were there from the beginning, but she chose to ignore them…to her peril.

Can she simply walk away from this mesmerising stranger? Or should she risk her immortality to be with the man she has fallen in love with?

Teagan a stubborn and beautiful vampire is sad to leave her home in Montana for the city of London, but the pull of her possession to her maker is too strong to ignore. Once reaching London though, Teagan may not think it such a bad move after all, when she is instantly attracted to the scent, looks and charm of mysterious Marc who she soon falls for. But love is never easy and there is a very big struggle ahead for Teagan and Marc as a feud older then the both of them threatens not only their relationship but their lives.

The main thing I enjoyed about this book was that it wasn't like every other book that features vampires and werewolves. Instead of a young naive woman falling for the new guy who turns out to be a vampire, the main female character is strong and fights for what she wants, for who she wants. A great story with likeable characters and well detailed descriptions L.T Kelly has done an awesome job and I'm looking forward to reading more of her work. 4/5 <3 's.
