Embrace by S.E.Hall

After the romantic gesture of the century, Evan Allen is now faced with no friends, ineligible to play ball...and too late to get the girl.

He's starting over alone and doesn't know quite how to proceed, until certain members of "The Crew" step in, taking him under their wing.

It doesn't take the ladies long to notice him either.Sometimes life doesn't go as you had planned. Sometimes, it goes better.

Embrace it.

Due to sexual content and scenes- MATURE audiences recommended. This is a NEW ADULT romance.

S.E Hall has done a great job with character descriptions and the storyline, I had so much trouble putting this book down.

Evan is left heart broken after transferring to Georgia Southern University to be with the one he loves, only to find she has fallen in love with someone else. In the first couple of chapters he is angry and upset, it made me a little teary as he is such a sweet character, but as the book goes on Evan makes some unlikely friends and his broken heart begins to heal.
It was great to read about the friendship that formed between him and Sawyer (one of Laney and Dane's best friends) and what was really surprising was when he started to befriend Laney's enemy and previous Dane clinger, Whitley. When reading Emerge I really disliked Whitley, but Embrace has changed my mind, after reading how confused she was when it came to Dane and how sweet she is to Evan, there was no way it couldn't. Whitley helps Evan through a lot and he does the same for her and as this happens their friendship becomes something more. The second book goes into a little more detail about all the characters from the first book too and a crew is formed, which Evan, Whitley, Dane, Laney, etc. are all apart of, which I would never have believed could happen after reading Emerge (due to Laney hating Whitley plus Dane and Evan's jealousy of each other) but it does and all characters sound like an awesome bunch of people.

The transition from feelings of friendship to love for Evan and Whitley is brilliantly written and S.E Hall also did an excellent job when it came to Evan forgiving Laney and the friendship that formed between the four main characters.
